The Back to School Medley  -  Simple Nursery rhymes taken with a complex twist, a little drama and followed by Shortnin bread -  a 1940's hit and Down by the riverside -  another popular party number. Practicing and singing on stage was a fun process. :-)

How do I describe what happened to me when you suddenly appeared, Initial reaction - a little surprise, acceptance, and a tinge of fear, Moments with you are filled with laughter, and joy, times when I'm free, Times I let go, and just be, All the fluffy emotions trapped inside me, Find their release when I'm with you, and make themselves clearly seen. You see me from a distance and you welcome me with open arms I can safely show you my true self, you make me calm. When we're together my soul is complete. It is because of divine power that our paths did meet. When life gives me a lemon, I usually make lemonade, But when you came into my life, I dropped the lemons, fell for you, and needed first-aid. The world is sometimes full of disapproval and rejection, You give me a reason to appreciate life and it's deep reflections. I need only your heart’s genuine acceptance You and me, walking this path together  embracing both noise and the sound of silence.. :-)...
